The children wondered who their father was. The mother insisted that their father was the cloud. The wind is your uncle, and your father is behind him. Wind told the children that their dad lives next door. Cloud said that Wind had something to say to them. They went back and forth between the two homes. One kid showed his lightning powers,  and Cloud realized that the children were his own. Cloud created a storm and tried to drown the kids. If they died, then they are not his children. The children survived. They hung out with their dad, but they wanted to go back to their mom. Cloud was like sure but said not for them to talk to anyone while they left. They tried not to, but then a coyote was being really annoying. Cloud tried to fight coyote. The children turned into mescal. Thunder and lightning go together because of that. I would want to tell this story in a different way. I would not use Cloud or Wind. I would try to use a different nature aspect and maybe not have the relationship like children and a father. I would make the relationship be like two people fighting. I would use a lot more narrative rather than the story. The story had a lot of descriptions and less narration. I personally enjoy this, but I know many people prefer it to have more narration, more quotations. I could have it a romantic story. It could be alcohol and fire, and they met up online. She has never met any of the two "guys," and they battle for her love. They both want to keep their love interest warm but in different ways. Alcohol keeps her warm inside while fire keeps her warm outside. I would want to overall make it more modernized. Fire would clearly win because as more alcohol is added, a fire gets larger.
