I really enjoyed reading the Canterbury Tales. With names such as The Cock, the Hen, and the Fox, I thought these stories would be pretty boring. While these stories were less interesting than Part A's, I still enjoyed them. It was interesting to see a nun who was a widow. This story suggests that she is very poor and old. However, this nun is able to provide for herself and her family. She is very smart with her money. She does not over-eat, but she still has food to eat. Being overweight may lead to chronic illness if not treated or lifestyle is adjusted which these chronic illnesses can be expensive. She does not drink, so she does not get illnesses related to that. Her poverty in a way protects her from harm in some aspects. She does have a beautiful cock. It was handsome and had a great voice. The cock was afraid of being killed. He had a dream where he experienced this. I would make this story about a widow perhaps a widowed young man  who is less smart with their money (opposite from the original,) In my story, the cock is beautiful still. However, the young man is out of money. Thus, he decided to sell the cock. That would be the end of the story. I would give no real connection to the cock because I would not want to upset the readers. I would want it to be a clean break. I would want this cock to be very annoying rather than have a beautiful voice. It would be very annoying and controlling. I would make the character over eat and drink  a lot of alcohol. He may end up with alcohol poisoning and increase his lack of money. He may have married a woman for her money and discarded the woman, making himself a widow. He would not know how to deal with money despite now acquiring a lot of it.
